Key activities
To roll out transport operations and manage on an on going basis.
To execute transactions and makes business decisions with in the given scope and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results, prevent loss of partnership and eliminate the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
Maintaining Daily movement report.
On-Time Arrival report prepared daily bases.
Making No Show & Adhoc Report Monthly & Weekly Bases.
Making Weekly Compliance & Weekly summary report.
KPI reporting transport operations for the site.
Present & participate in monthly operations performance review.
